Short answer

Pay the Bali tourist levy on lovebali.baliprov.go.id, apply for the e-VOA on evisa.imigrasi.go.id or indonesiavoa.vfsevisa.id, and file the free arrival card on allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id. Type each address yourself: look-alike sites can charge more and leave you without a valid voucher or visa.[8]

Which are the official websites for arriving in Bali?

Three government services cover your arrival in Bali: the levy, the visa and the arrival card, which also carries your customs declaration. Each has its own official address, the visa has two, and each fee below is per person.[1, 7, 8, 13, 14]

Neither the levy nor the visa has to be bought online. You can pay the levy at a counter at Bali's airport or ports, or through a hotel, agent or attraction registered with Love Bali, and buy the visa on arrival at the bank counter in the airport's immigration area. A rise in the visa fee has been announced with no start date; see Conflicts.[2, 8, 9]

What is the official website for the Bali tourist levy?

The official levy site is lovebali.baliprov.go.id, and the Love Bali app on Google Play and the App Store is the same service. Every proper way to pay ends with a levy voucher, emailed when you pay online, and payment is by card, transfer or QRIS, never cash.[1, 2]

Type lovebali.baliprov.go.id yourself, since look-alike sites can sit above the real site in search ads. Look-alike sites charge more than the IDR 150,000 (about AUD 12) levy; some can send a voucher that fails a check, others can pass the real levy on and keep the difference.[4, 5]

If you have already paid a look-alike, don't pay again straight away. Love Bali can verify a levy payment from your passport details, so check on the official site whether yours went through, and pay again only if it did not.[2]

Our rule

Type lovebali.baliprov.go.id yourself, and pay only where the total is IDR 150,000 a person.

Any other total is a copy, whatever the page looks like.

What is the official e-VOA website?

The official e-VOA addresses are evisa.imigrasi.go.id, the government's own e-visa site, and indonesiavoa.vfsevisa.id, which immigration's visa page lists beside it. The fee is IDR 500,000 (about AUD 40) today, plus a small online processing fee on the e-VOA, and a rise has been announced with no start date.[6, 7, 8, 9]

Type one of those two addresses yourself. A look-alike e-VOA site can rank above the real one in search results and take payment the same way, and a fake agent can take your money and send no visa, or the wrong one. In December 2022 immigration named one such copy, indonesia-evoa.com, after it reached the top of Google results.[10, 11]

Our rule

Pay only at the two addresses on immigration's visa page, or the airport bank counter.

Check the fee there the week you fly, since a rise has been announced.

What is the official arrival card website?

The arrival card is free, filed from 3 days (72 hours) before you land on allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id or in the All Indonesia app, and the same card carries your customs declaration. On the home page, choose Foreign Visitor; the form opens with no account to make.[11, 12, 13, 14, 15]

Copies of the arrival card site often charge a processing fee for this free form.[6, 11, 15, 16]

Our rule

Pay nothing for the arrival card.

A page that asks for money for it is not the official form.

How do you tell an official site from a copy?

Check the address first, then the price where the price is fixed. Copies look like the real sites, so the look of a page tells you nothing.[4, 10, 16]

  1. Type the address yourself

Type it into the address bar, or tap a link on this page, rather than a search result, since copies can sit above the real site.[4, 10]

  2. Match the address to the list

The levy is lovebali.baliprov.go.id. The visa is evisa.imigrasi.go.id or indonesiavoa.vfsevisa.id, and the arrival card is allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id.[1, 8, 13]

  3. Check the price before you pay

The levy is IDR 150,000 a person, and the arrival card costs nothing, so any other figure means a copy. For the visa, compare the fee with immigration's own visa page.[2, 8, 15]

What does the visa on arrival cost?

Our reading

Pay IDR 500,000: the rise to IDR 750,000 online and IDR 1 million at the airport is announced, not in force.

Immigration's own visa page, read on 18 October 2026, still lists IDR 500,000 under PP 45/2024, whose immigration fees PP 30/2026 left in place (VO7); neither report names a start date or a legal instrument, and the RRI headline's "implements" is the only wording that calls it in force.
