These terms govern your use of balianswered.com (the "Site"). "We", "us" and "our" mean the Site's publisher. By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site.

We may change these terms at any time by publishing a new version on this page. The version published when you use the Site applies. These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Site, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

Our summaries of Indonesian laws, regulations and official guidance are unofficial; the official text governs.

The information on the Site is researched from the sources named on each page and dated when it was checked. Laws, fees, fines, procedures, prices, exchange rates and the details of businesses change, often without notice, so some information may be incomplete, out of date or inaccurate by the time you read it. Currency conversions are indicative only.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we give no warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, that the Site or any content on it is accurate, complete, current, or fit for any purpose, or that the Site will be available or free of errors.
